Ogun State College of Nursing is a college of nursing that is located in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, Ogun State, with other campuses situated in Ijebu-Ode and Ilaro.

Ogun State College of Nursing is a state-owned college of nursing that is owned by the Ogun State government. The institution is one of the oldest nursing institutions in Nigeria; it started back as a school of nursing in Ijebu Ode, which was established by the old Western government, and the Abeokuta campus was also a state-of-the-art campus of the School of Nursing Eleyele Ibadan.

In 1976, when Ogun State was created, the institution was upgraded to School of Nursing, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, with the Ijebu-Ode campus still under Ogun State Government, making it two state-owned schools of nursing that are situated in the state. An additional school of nursing was also established in Ilaro in 2003, and it operated for four years before it was closed down by NMCN because it did not meet standards.

In 2021 the three schools of nursing located in Ilaro, Ijebu-Ode, and Abeokuta were upgraded to Ogun State College of Nursing Sciences following the State Governor Dapo Abiodun, who renovated and made the various necessary measures so the institution can only admit students, and also the institution is also accredited by the National Board For Technical Education (NBTE) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council Of Nigeria (NMCN).
